Tips & Tricks to make your bank deposits process faster

To comply international anti money laundering rules and regulations, FIG is unable to accept any money wire transfer that is sent from any third party but yourself. Please make sure you always send money to FIG from a bank account that you own in your own name.

FIG Solutions does not charge any fees for bank deposits as does your bank. Please make sure to pay the transaction fees from your side when filling the money wire deposit form. The transaction fees for an international bank transfer is usually anything from $20 to $50 that banks charge to transfer the money.

Fees for deposits over $25,000.00 will be paid by FIG Solutions.

Please try depositing money from the same bank and same account each and every time you conduct business with FIG. Transactions from multiple sources into a single account will put your account under observation and will probably cause it to be blocked until investigation is over.

Please make sure you always state your account/contract number in the bank wire comment field. Stating your account/contract number helps our billing/payment staff find your transaction easily over the e-banking software of our supplier bank.

What if my bank wire money is lost?

It can’t be lost, never worry about that.

Each and every bank transaction have a reference number that appears on your bank receipt. In case problems occur or delays are ovserved, just contact our team or your bank with that reference number and you will instantly know why and where your payment is stuck.

FIG can not, and will not accept any bank wire transfers from Syria, Sudan, Iran and Cuba and North Korea.
