What information will the operator ask me for?
The operator will ask you for your account ID and your phone password before offering any help in
regards to your account. Please have the information ready before you initiate a chat session.
If your question is about a deposit..
All accepted deposits methods are described
here. Deposits are processed as soon as they come-in, during backoffice operation hours (09:00 -
17:30 CET). Please allow enough time for processing before initiating a chat session regarding a
deposit. To make a deposit anytime, you have to login to your trader's cabinet and click on the corresponding deposit method
icon.
If your question is about a withdrawal..
Withdrawals are processed daily from 17:00 CET - 19:30 CET. only to the same account/method you used to make your
deposit. Please allow 12 hours before asking about your withdrawal taking the mentioned timezone in
consideration. Your withdrawal will be rejected if you do not have the requested amount and/or you
have any open trade positions consuming more of your equity than possible to perform your request.
Please make sure you have enough free margin before you request a withdrawal.
If your question is about a requote..
Requotes technically, are a result of a price difference over "maximum deviation" pips between
the price you asked, and the one available at that moment over the liquidity provider bridge. Please
make sure your maximum deviation is setup correctly, and that you are connected using a fair
connection with a reasonable ping time. Slow internet connections can cause the requote as the
time needed to send-receive-execute the order is too long, during which the price of course
will change dramatically.
